1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

6. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8ambet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. 8ambet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. 8ambet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
3. 8ambet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
4. 8ambet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8ambet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Failure to complete required identity verification procedures.
5. A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to 8ambet.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8ambet customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 8ambet customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 8ambet will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

8ambet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8ambet will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by other appropriate means. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
